This application (Public Service Map) provides information of around 500 public services. This information includes the documents needed, the fees, duration, location, eligibility criteria, and procedures required for each service.
This PSM can be used by citizens to access such information before going to the relevant entity to request any service. As such, you will not need to go back and forth to the entity to find out what is needed, but can be prepared beforehand.
This is meant to simplify and enhance your experience with obtaining government services.
